PAYG & LOD MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
All pay-as-you-go lead plans and monthly LOD subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 14-day notice.
Upon cancellation, your LOD Portal and CINC CRM will be closed and can no longer be accessed. Any existing leads received will be sent in an excel file and are encouraged to be worked on as the majority of closings happen in the 12+ month time period. A referral fee is still owed upon the successful closing of any LOD leads.
ANNUAL PLANS
Should you decide to cancel an annual plan, a penalty of the accumulated discounted amount on any leads already received, plus a $249.00 cancellation fee will be applied. You can increase your monthly lead count with no penalty, however, reducing your monthly lead count will incur a $199.00 fee.
