Getting Started

We’re excited to inform you that you’ve been hand-selected as one of our VIP clients. Your excellent tenure, ability to close, and willingness to disclose your referral fees to LOD have earned you this distinction.

You can now access our highly sought-after Shared Leads database (Bullpen or Pond leads) with over 65,000 leads + new leads being added daily.

Here are a few essential points to help you get started:

1. Shared Leads & Commission Split

  • All leads labeled “COURTESY” or “LOD 50/50” are shared leads.
  • Any successfully converted lead from this bullpen will be split 50/50 in commission.
  1. Working the Leads
  • You are free to work any leads in the Bullpen.
  • Once you book an appointment with a lead, our team will transfer it to your account. At that point, it becomes your exclusive lead.
  • To get the lead transferred to your account, please leave a general note, & notify the “client manager” with proof of the book appointment.
  1. Paid vs. Free Leads
  • Please do not confuse the Bullpen/Pond (free) leads with your exclusive paid leads.
  • Please refer to the screenshot below to help you distinguish between the two in your dashboard.

From time to time, you may hear these acronyms being used in reference to the following:

Rules of The BullPen

  1. If email and phone number are fake – mark details into notes and change status of lead to TRASHED so that nobody else will be slowed down and calls them by accident.

 

  1. If email is good and phone number is not – Add “Wr Phone #” label (activates a drip) and unsubscribe lead from Voice Blasts (left hand side)

 

  1. Only request to have a lead assigned to yourself only when you’ve booked an appointment.
  1. You may request to be “shared” in on as many leads as you’ve touched.

 

  1. Remember to always leave notes and follow point #8 within the Lead Protocol section of leaving notes. 

 

  1. Work Leads Now, Pay Later. Upon a successful closing, a 50% Referral Fee to Leads On Demand Inc., Brokerage is required. Find our referral forms here.

 

  1. You must close at least three closings per year and refer 50% of your commissions(only leads from the Bullpen/Pond/Shared account) to continue to maintain your VIP status and access to our Shared Leads program.

 

  1. Prerequisite training includeOutbound ScriptLead ProtocolCINC CRM, andBuyers Presentation (or have a Buyers Presentation ready to go) to participate in this program. Not only must you complete these prerequisite training courses you must adhere to them while prospecting.
