{"id":3057,"date":"2023-04-20T16:46:45","date_gmt":"2023-04-20T20:46:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/estore.leadsod.com\/ca\/?page_id=3057"},"modified":"2023-04-20T17:42:14","modified_gmt":"2023-04-20T21:42:14","slug":"cap","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/estore.leadsod.com\/ca\/cap\/","title":{"rendered":"Agent Commission Cap"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Close More LOD Closings : Get a 10% Boost\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>LOD Commission Cap (Silver &amp; Gold Leads)<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Increase your split on Gold 80\/20 leads from 80% to 90% (Silver 60\/40 leads from 60% to 70%), you must <strong>contribute $50,000<\/strong>\u00a0towards your LOD cap.<\/li>\n<li>After which all of your Gold\u00a0<strong>80\/20 leads become 90\/10 (60\/40 becomes 70\/30<\/strong>\u00a0for Silver Leads) for the remainder of the year.<\/li>\n<li>LOD contributions\u00a0<strong>reset annually<\/strong>. You can contribute towards your cap via sale (or lease) closings from LOD leads.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fees are capped <strong>$50,000 in contributions<\/strong> to the LOD. When LOD reaches $50K that is equivalent to when the agent earns:\n<ul>\n<li>$125K in commissions based on a 60\/40 Silver split or<\/li>\n<li>$250K in commissions based on a 80\/20 Gold split<\/li>\n<li>Not all agents will work only 60\/40 or only 80\/20&#8217;s therefore these GCI figures will vary, but what&#8217;s contributed is fixed ie. the $50K in contributions will always be the same, agents still have to contribute this amount regardless of split in order to get the 10% boost in splits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>10% increased split in favour of the agent on gross sale commissions after the cap is reached for the <strong>balance of your year<\/strong>.\n<ul>\n<li>80\/20&#8217;s become 90\/10&#8217;s<\/li>\n<li>60\/40&#8217;s become 70\/30&#8217;s<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Excluded in Cap Contributions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>LOD\u00a0<strong>lease or lease listing lead<\/strong>\u00a0closings, there is\u00a0<strong>no requirement for referral fees owing<\/strong>\u00a0to Leads On Demand Inc.<\/li>\n<li>You can <strong>optionally<\/strong>\u00a0retain 100% of the commission and therefore will not receive bonus leads for these closings.<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Should you wish to pay LOD a\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>20%\u00a0referral fee, it will\u00a0contribute towards your LOD Commission Cap.<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Close More LOD Closings : Get a 10% Boost\u00a0 &nbsp; LOD Commission Cap (Silver &amp; Gold Leads) Increase your split on Gold 80\/20 leads from 80% to 90% (Silver 60\/40 leads from 60% to 70%), you must contribute $50,000\u00a0towards your LOD cap.
